A personally funded ASIFASOUTH project

Judy Hopps fan art by Fluttershy (June Kind)

In support of the ASIFA-SOUTH’s mission to encourage inclusion of diversity and foster empathy, we are working with HOMESTRETCH, Drake House, and the North Fulton Communities Charity to bring kids to watch ZOOTOPIA on the big screen in support of its insightful theme of empathy. We have booked a private screening for 100+ kids, their chaperones, and our volunteers. Along with this, our volunteer artists June Kind, Andrew Goh, and Shir Wen Sun  have created ZOOTOPIA fan art to include in our swag bags for the kids to take home.

We hope to be able to make this this first of what we hope to become an annual tradition of giving kids a chance to watch good content on the big screen that supports the motto of our organization to foster open-mindedness as well as to inspire.
